• Coverage

The present general terms and conditions contain the general terms and conditions exclusively valid between you and us, Singapore WW2 Militaria, unless these terms and conditions are changed through written agreements between the parties.

• Product choice

(1) You have the opportunity to choose and order articles on our website.
(2) Every product has an individual product description on the corresponding web site.
(3) Before the delivery of the order, we offer you the possibillity to review your order on its accurate content, especially on price and quantity, and to correct it, if necessary.

• Payment

(1) The purchase price falls immediately due with the conclusion of the contract. The payment of the goods is usually done by cash on delivery, credit card payment or Paypal. Familiar clients can pay on account.
(2) All prices are retail prices.
(3) Payment is due within 14 days on receipt of the goods. Instalment payments are possible after consultation with and a written confirmation from us.
(4) Layaway and trade considered on a case-by case basis, but full-payment offers receive priority. Generally, layaway deals shall not exceed 3 months, with 1/3 down.

• Shipping

(1) All orders are shipped with either signature confirmation, or via Express Mail (with tracking included).
(2) For international shipments, boxes are marked with value. Insurance is optional (although highly recommended). Insurance will cover against loss, damage and theft. Please note: If you live in Germany or France, or other foreign countries - know your country's laws.
(3) I cover all swastikas with tape for foreign orders, but I cannot be responsible for items seized by the authorities of your government. Additionally, on international orders all import fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
