  • Japanese WW II Army officer's sword

  • Description:-
    This is Japanese WW II Army officer's sword in complete mountings.
    The blade is signed "Hiromitsu", there is seki arsenal stamp on the tang and date on the otherside.
    The blade is used condition but no bend, no nicks/crack, no rust & cutting edge is razor sharp!
    Overall blade is very nice and in healthy original condition.
    The scabbard is leather covered wood saya, with complete fittings and in good condition.
    The handle is tight fit, wrapping has no tear and no stain.
    The leather lock mechanism works fine.
    It measures 25 1/2" cutting edge, 1 1/4" width, 1/4" thickness at the notch and 38 1/2" in mountings.
    Comes complete with seppa and tsuba.
