Shown above is the former building of the Kriegsmarine Headquaters (Stützpunkt-Office) at 25 Gilstead Rd ,Singapore.

The 1st picture is a telephone directory of important German & Japanese officials and the 2nd picture is the map that accompanies it . These pictures are taken from a rare guide given to german soldiers in 1943/44. The 3rd to 6th are pictures of the building with cmdr. Wilhelm Dommes (base commander of Singapore and Chief of all Monsun boats) and his four staffs in the foreground. This building has recently been renovated into a kindergarten and is the only one out of four buildings still standing.
